TAJLY is operated by AWI Solutions (“TAJLY”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the TAJLY app, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are based in the Netherlands and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Account details: your email address and name.
- Profile data: height, weight, age, biological sex, and fitness goal.
- Activity data: your workout and meal logs.
- Community content: posts and photos you choose to share.
- A device push notification token, and basic app usage information.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and personalise the app — creating your account, tailoring training and nutrition guidance, powering AI features, enabling community participation, sending push notifications, managing subscriptions, and improving the service. We process your data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as performing our contract with you, your consent, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving TAJLY.
Third-party services
To run TAJLY we rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, and push notifications.
- RevenueCat, together with Apple and Google — subscription management and billing.
- Google Gemini — AI-powered features.
These providers process your data under their own terms and security standards, only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and you continue to use TAJLY. When you delete your account — directly in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us — we permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, transaction and billing records kept to meet tax and accounting obligations). Data that has been aggregated or anonymised so that it can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics and to improve the service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and its associated data directly in the app at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ameerwi.ltd.
